It works as advertised,

Used to use Formula 420, couldn’t get it at a reasonable price in the UK so I tried a few different brands/products.

This stuff works even on sticky problems. It works as advertised, stem, bowl too. They come out crystal clean. I use it on glass equipment only. I do re-use 1 or 2x in a soaking application like for a sticky bowl, (not sure that’s officially recommended but it works for me).

I am a customer and will continue to be one unless something dramatic changes.
