Really loving this tool, you only need to put a little bit of wax directly on the coil at a time and works really well with The Goods Wax. So happy i bought it, Thanks to the people at Hemp Elf for restocking this wonderful dab accessorie.👍

Faulty Vape

Vape broke after 2 weeks of use. Coil burnt out and no longer heats up to a useable temp. Was asked to post back at a cost of my own which is fine only to receive a email saying I have been over packing it because I have been using 1 rice grain rather than 1/2 a rice grain the manufacturer suggests. This is false info as the manufacturers 'how to use' video states to use 1 rice grain. Was made to feel like a novice swell as not given a replacement or refund. After the cost of sending the vape out They sent me the faulty vape back and now I have no use for it, I should have just saved time and money and binned it. I would not recommend this item and found Hemp Elfs customer service to be pretty bad. This was the first time I had needed to contact customer services about a purchase but has left me not wanting to purchase from the website again. Maybe time to take my business elsewhere unfortunately.

Dear Ash as you are aware, we inspected the vaporiser and even made a video of it working. The manufacturer inspected the video that you sent to show why you thought the vape was broken and they confirmed that you had over filled the device and needed to also look after it by cleaning it properly. When we inspected the device, it was full of residue from past uses and while it still worked, it did require good clean. All devices need to be maintained if they are to continue working properly. I am sorry if you are unhappy, but we cannot replace a device that is working.
